The Royal Caviar Club combines tradition with innovation.

Once the ultimate symbol of luxury and indulgence, reserved for royalty and the wealthy, caviar has gradually made its way to fine dining restaurants and exclusive events frequented by the elite.

Meanwhile, in the Caspian Sea, home to the world's best caviar, overfishing and habitat destruction have caused sturgeon populations to plummet, with some species of sturgeon that once thrived and existed for over 160 million years now facing extinction, leading to restrictions on caviar exports and the cultivation of sturgeons.

Based in Geneva, Switzerland, Royal Caviar Club was started with a passion to source the highest quality caviar. Our sturgeon farm in the Arcachon Basin, 55 km from Bordeaux, France, is a long-standing, artisanal method of sturgeon farming. We strictly control the entire product cycle, from reproduction to packaging, in this farm, the first of its kind in France, founded 30 years ago, to guarantee quality standards and transparency. We use sustainable techniques such as water filtration systems to reuse a large part of the water and extraction of mud produced by the fish as fertilizer. We also strive to reuse water with agricultural crops and install solar panels for clean energy.

Our commitment to sustainability and nature's bounty ensures the health of our sturgeons and allows us to deliver the highest quality caviar. At the same time, we use the same high standards and know-how whenever we source caviar from other farmed sturgeons around the world. Our caviar is certified by the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES).

Our founder, Oksana Dragun, known as the Caviar Lady, is a popular caviar lover who learned the family business of trading the finest caviar and enjoyed it as part of her family's lifestyle.

Oksana shares her extensive knowledge about the different caviar gradings, how to best pair it with champagne, wine, spirits and even teas, as well as traditional ways to taste this delicacy.

Our innovative approach pushes the boundaries into uncharted gourmet territory, delivering amazing products that redefine the exquisite and unique flavours of caviar.
